Brenda Fake has been an Operations Manager and Organization Effectiveness professional for 20 years. She has worked and applied her skills in diverse set of industries both public and private that include airline transportation, telecommunications, financial trading, engineering consulting, public works, and manufacturing from food to aerospace.
Brenda cut her teeth in operations which has been the foundation of her practical approach to business improvement. She has published research for members of AMSA/AMFA across North America to take action when planning for emerging changes in workforce demographics Changing Workforce: Opportunity or Crisis for leaders within the Public Works arena. A guest lecturer for the National OD Network, ASQ and St. Thomas University and as an undergraduate and graduate instructor in School of Business in Strategic Planning for Metropolitan University in Minneapolis. Awarded OD Practitioner of Year by United Airlines and an early adopter of Human Systems Dynamics.
Brenda is the Principle of O-2 Optimizing Organizations and holds a BA Degree in Communications from the University of Minnesota, an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a certificate in Human System Dynamics from the HSD Institute. Brenda now resides in San Diego, California with her husband, their dog and two cats.
